    BAGHDAD - ((eighth day))
    Said a member of the Parliamentary Finance Committee MP Jabbar al-Abadi said the Commission is currently considering a set of proposals to resolve the fate of the staff of the self-financing in the general budget of companies.

     He said in a statement ((eighth day)) that "there was a proposal to the Finance Committee to address the government to divert overdue salaries and benefits for employees of those companies for the past three months that they are referred to work with the private sector investment system after the rehabilitation of laboratories and factories in the near future."

     Abadi added that "the other is a proposed retirement during this period and give them the same salary as the current unproductive and survival burden on the budget."

     He pointed out that "there is another proposal that the situation remains what it is and pay their dues in advance when to overcome the current financial and economic crisis and rising oil prices later to be resolved problematic self-finance staff."

     He said the Finance Committee member, said "The Last of the proposed opinion is the most acceptable to the parliamentary circles through a vote to pass the state budget."

     And on contract employees Abadi pointed out that "the Commission has received a proposal to hand over contract employees paid the same for the current year but requires a legal review to have not added any new benefits are required by the government in the future."

    The House of Representatives resumed the middle of this week without its presentation of the final report of the budget, which the Finance Committee promised completion drafted over the next week. (AA)
