    Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) -The Presidency ratified the Budget law of 2013 on Sunday.
    The office of the Vice-President, Khudair al-Khuzayi, assured in a press statement received by IraqiNews.com “Khuzayi approved the Budget law according to the authorities granted for him in Article 75 of the constitution.”
    Earlier, the parliament voted on the Budget law with its majority despite the boycott of the Iraqiya Slate and the Kurdistani Alliance for the voting session.

    I wonder, If he's home..why would they hide that! Maybe they faxed it to him. But if it's going to be printed in the Gazette..that's official!!! ;)

    BAGHDAD / NINA / Presidency of the republic announced the ratification of the Federal budget of the Republic of Iraq for 2013.

    A
    statement by the Office of the Vice President of the Republic, Khodair
    al al-Khuzaie said that al-Khuzaie approved the federal budget for the
    Republic of Iraq for the year 2013, according to the powers granted to
    him under Article 75 / 2 of the Constitution."


    It is
    mentioned that Minister of Planning and Development Cooperation, the
    Acting Minister of Finance Ali al-Shukri declared that the Presidency of
    the Republic has ratified the state budget for the current year 2013.

    He
    told the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA / " the Minister of Justice,
    Hassan al-Shammari has been informed in order to publish the budget in
    the Official Gazette / facts of Iraq /".

    The House of
    Representatives had approved the state budget for the current year on 7.
    March in the presence of 168 MPs and with a clear absence of the
    Kurdish bloc and many of Iraqiya coalition MPs, who regarded passing the
    Budget in this way as breach for the national consensus, which the
    political process in the country was, build upon. / End
