    House of Representatives ended the first reading of the draft budget law, and to raise its first week of January.

    They explained and MP for the Green bloc Susan Baker's PUKmedia , on Thursday, the House of Representatives ended the first reading and to adjourn the meeting on Wednesday, January 7th of 2015, noting that the session has not seen any discussion of items and paragraphs of the draft law.

    In turn, said a member of the Economic Committee MP for the Green bloc Sabhan Ahmed's PUKmedia , the council reported to the Finance Committee after the end of the first reading, indicating that the financial bill will be discussed prior to the next meeting for the second reading.

    To this end, a member of the Green bloc MP Circo Mangory, install paragraph determine the share of the province of Kurdistan in the federal budget.

    According to a statement of the Information Office of the Prime Minister, the cabinet during its meeting on Tuesday, approved the draft federal budget law for 2015 and forwarded to the House of Representatives, after the formation of a committee headed by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and membership Deputy Prime Minister Bahaa al-Araji and finance ministers, planning and Higher Education and scientific research and transportation, to review and re-formulations of some of the material legally.

    For his part, House Speaker Salim al-Jubouri called on Tuesday, the council members to attend the meeting to discuss the draft budget law after government approval, noting that this call comes in accordance with Article 58 of the Constitution first.

    This comes after the Council of Ministers approved, on Tuesday (12/23/2014), on the draft general budget of the country for the financial year 2015 Act, and referred to the House of Representatives for a vote, and after the formation of a committee headed by the Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi and the membership of the Deputy Prime Minister Bahaa al-Araji, and Ministers of Finance, Planning and Higher Education and Scientific Research and transportation for review.



     He was Vice Chairman of the Board of Deputies of Aram Sheikh Mohammed, said in a statement Roudao Media Network received a copy of it, that al-Abadi told him during a telephone conversation, the need to vote on the budget after compatibility get between them parliamentary blocs. 



    The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Finance, Fadel Prophet, said in a statement to the network Roudao media, it has been reduced the size of the federal budget for fiscal year 2015 to 123 trillion dinars, based on the estimate of the price of a barrel of Iraqi crude oil to $ 60.
