Iraq has asked the ILO to support the development of financial capacity and feasibility study projects.
A statement by the Ministry of Labour received by all of Iraq [where], a copy of the ministry's "I discussed with the ILO in the presence of the parties to the three production possibility of supporting the organization of the social partners in the field of building and capacity development and the provision of social security for workers, a suitable environment."

"There is a need for the implementation of development programs by the International Organization for the Angels three parties of production with respect to the internal regulations have financial and administrative capacity and the economic feasibility of the projects," referring to "discuss the laws that operate by the ministry in terms of labor and social security, as well as other laws concerning the customs tariff and the protection of the domestic product, consumer protection and the prevention of dumping in order to reach a common vision adapted to the nature of the economic circumstances in the country. "
The statement pointed out that "community partners provided inter proposals and requirements that would promote the various employment sectors especially the private industrial sector and engage with the public sector in decision-making and the enactment of laws that serve a wide range of workers."
He explained, "there are efforts to find a suitable private sector and how to improve its environment in order to get the economy moving wheel, especially after the government's orientation to this area as a result of the sharp decline in oil prices, which caused a deficit of substantial financial balancing the country, as well as involvement in the formulation of laws and legislation chip workers and the labor sector," noting "the international organization expressed their willingness to provide appropriate support in the development of capabilities and the preparation of plans and programs developed for the advancement of these sectors."
The statement continued, "there are demands set forward by the parties to the production, including assistance in amending the rules of procedure of the unions, trade unions and provide the necessary support for the development of the financial and administrative capacity and to study the economic feasibility of the projects, as well as the implementation of the reform package that will revitalize national industry and activate the prevailing and stimulating the development of laws and the provision of soft loans for the advancement and the private industrial sector and create a partnership between the public and private sectors ".anthy
