    <p style="text-align: left; unicode-bidi: embed; direction: ltr;" class="MsoNormal">Baghdad (IraqiNews.com) Head of the Haj & Ummra Authority, Mohamed Taqi al-Mawla called the clergymen from all sects to issue Fatwa to taboo shedding the Iraqi blood.
    Iraq witnesses security deterioration represented by targeting of mosques which resulted in killing and injuring dozens of worshipers by car bombs and IEDs as well as assassinations of the security forces and their kidnapping.
    A statement by Haj & Ummra Authority quoted Mawla as saying “We call on the clergymen in Iraq to issue fatwa that taboos violating the Iraqi bloods form all sects and to call for peace and dialogue to resolve all the problems and obstacles facing the country.”
    “He invited all the Iraqi people’s communities to adhere to the national unity and promote the tolerance and harmony culture and renounce the sectarianism and violence to abort the terrorist and takfiri plans that aim to disrupt the unity of the Iraqi people,” the statement added.
