    [ltr]Congratulated the leader of the coalition of state law, Adnan Hadi al-Asadi, on Monday, the families of martyrs and wounded of the popular crowd and commander in chief of the armed forces and security forces, marking the liberation of Fallujah full of Conception gangs Aldaashah. I did not use a scorched-earth policy in the Fallujah operation.[/ltr]
