[ltr]It announced the Baghdad Provincial Council, Monday, free budget for the current year, referring to the reluctance of many projects due to the completion of the technical requirements.[/ltr]
[ltr]He said council member Mohammed al-Rubaie, L / balance News /, "The Baghdad provincial council is completely free budgets," noting that "in this situation can not handle the electricity situation introduction of new power plants."[/ltr]
