    Diyala provincial council said all projects in the province stalled because of the financial crisis, while noting the province of non-receipt of the financial allocations for 2015 and 2016.
    Council member Sadiq al-Husseini said in an interview with the "direction Press" He explained that the projects in Diyala, all parked and did not contractors receive their money, noting that the province has not received financial allocations for the years 2015 and 2016 and there were no plans for next year due to the financial crisis afflicting the country.
    He added: Council seeks to passing a law allowing it to take advantage of the sums border crossing to stroll services and other things during the coming period.
    The parliamentary Finance Committee announced that the financial crisis that has plagued Iraq, will affect all areas of the country, including the provincial employees' salaries, through the delay in disbursement.
    A member of the committee MP Masood Haider said there a financial problem in Iraq, and if not to increase the export of oil, will affect this crisis on the general staff, and thus delayed salaries such as the Kurdistan staff, "pointing out that" on Iraq, said the export 3 million barrels per day at a price of 40 US dollars to repay the value of the employees' salaries, "noting that" Iraq is currently exported 2.5 million barrels, and therefore everyone will be affected by this crisis.
