Moody's improved the rating of Russia's sovereign

Improved international rating agency "Moody's" of its forecast for Russia's sovereign rating to stable from negative.
The agency also upgraded its outlook for the rating of Russian government bonds to stable from negative, and the back of the main reasons to change the agency to its forecast, the medium-term strategic government control public finances, which is expected to reduce the government's dependence on oil and gas sales.
The agency also attributed to the recovery of the Russian economy now out of recession, which lasted for nearly two years. Finished / 25
