    US President Donald Trump
US President Donald Trump will try in his first speech to Congress on Tuesday night to improve his popularity sagging and renew covenants with the help of the Americans, who neglected economic changes.
Like his predecessors in the annual period itself, Trump throws at 21.00 (02,00 GMT) speech at the Capitol in the presence of deputies and senators, ministers, Supreme Court judges and other US officials.
It's just not about the "State of the Union speech on" The president will try to determine the political line and the legislature next year and justify military priority in the budget and give a push to economic and social reforms.
However, the differences appear in the horizon, especially with regard to health. House Republicans, as exposed in their constituencies to pressure from voters worried about the radical changes which waved by Trump at the level of health coverage.
Trump has pledged to cancel the reform of the health system, which constitutes one of the achievements of former President Barack Obama and known as "Obamacair" which allowed for more than 20 million Americans on health insurance. But the question remains what they want to replace it?
    - Military worried
Widening the gap in the Republican Party between the liberal wing, which supports the action heroes to reform the health system and pragmatists who are reluctant to dismantle helped millions of voters despite the system disadvantages.
Trump himself and his positions oscillating. On the one hand left to the officials of the Republican Party freedom of movement but often stresses the need to ensure health coverage for all.
Trump said Monday, "no one knows that it is complicated to this extent." It is expected to issue a draft law on the House of Representatives in the coming days.
And the tension that still exists currently in the scenes between the executive and the legislature, could grow during the negotiations on the 2018 budget year.
Trump wants to increase military expenditures and hold a 9% cuts in several ministries.
The decision raises the concern of many retired senior military officials, including retired Gen. David Petraeus, the former director of the CIA. He asked them not from Trump deduction allocated to the diplomatic and international aid budget, in a letter addressed to Congress and the White House and published by the network, "CNN's" Monday.
But Trump rejects prejudice to social security, which includes two-thirds of federal spending, while President of the House of Representatives Paul Ryan wants to make cuts.
Said Trump, who will be allocated the bulk of his speech to defend his priorities Monday, "the budget will be the public security and national security."
"It will be an important event and a message to the world in such serious about the strength and determination of the US security crisis."
    - "Gaps on the highway."
If the White House said the word would be based on "the renewal of the American spirit," the real estate tycoon seems to be willing to tighten the national motto "America first."
Trump said Monday, "we spend six thousand billion dollars in the Middle East and there are gaps all over the place on our roads fast and our roads."
Democratic opposition was waiting to be rhetoric to denounce the hypocrisy of President as she put it.
Said Chuck Schumer, head of the Democratic minority in the House of Representatives that "the president will resort to populist rhetoric Kalams himself, but his words will be empty," adding, "he speaks as if he would help workers while his actions are contrary to their interests. Will pursue a far-right line. "
And they stress the Democrats that they will stand united front to slow down or impede some reforms.
Republicans sidelines and not more than two seats in the Senate and 22 in the House of Representatives which is not enough to ensure a comfortable approval on all decisions of the new US president.
