    The parliamentary Finance Committee, on Wednesday, the existence of a government trend to reduce the proportion of the Kurdistan region within the budget of 2020 below 12% because of the commitment of Erbil to pay dues oil and border ports.
    Committee member Hanin Qaddo said in a statement to the information, that `` Arbel's refusal to pay oil dues and border outlets within the 2019 budget prompted the government to move towards reducing the proportion of the region below 12% budget next year, '' pointing out that 'political courtesies behind the persistence of the region and not Commitment to pay financial dues from oil exports and the border outlets of the Federal Government. ”
    He added that "the Kurdistan Regional Government did not give the federal government a real database of the numbers of employees, most of them space and do not exist," indicating that "the government will form committees to check the names of employees before sending new budget funds."
    The MP for the Alliance Sairon Raed Fahmy, earlier, that the government has an opportunity to deduct oil revenues that owed Kurdistan from the budget before the end of the fiscal year, pointing out that the region owed more than five trillion dinars.
