    Council proceeded to minister to the implementation of inter quick action to increase the hours of processing power to citizens during the holy month of Ramadan.



    Has met Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs Hussain al-Shahristani ministers of electricity and oil and a number of officials of the two ministries.



    Statement from the Office Shahristani received (morning) a copy of it on Wednesday, it was reported that an agreement has been , whereby the Ministry of Oil to provide additional quantities of "gas oil" to supply electric power stations, in addition to quotas predetermined that the security services to protect the lines that will be through fuel pump overtime.



    The Cabinet has allocated its twenty-ninth session, which was held yesterday (Tuesday ), headed by Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, to discuss the topic of electric power.



    Discussed the Council, according to a statement received "morning," a copy of it, the reasons for not reaching production of electrical energy reduction required, and the level at least to plan the future, and to identify those responsible for it, stressing the need to work on to overcome the difficulties and obstacles that hinder the improvement of production rates.



    Cabinet decided to continue to support the plans to increase the production of electric power and escalating rates of work, noting that the production of electric power is still insufficient despite the improvement of production.
