    treatments and ways to achieve the desired economic and social
    development.

    And the book contains (50) study and research and an
    article by the author, published mostly in the Iraqi press and
    scientific journals and made some of them at conferences and seminars in
    and outside Iraq the book has three sections.

    Davoodi said that section
    I deals with a review of the concerns and the suffering of the Iraqi
    people and social and economic services, supported by data and precise
    information and statistics from official sources

    and discreet that prove
    the existence of this suffering with clarify actions to be taken by the
    Government to address them.

    These concerns are the provision of
    adequate housing, providing electricity, drinking water and sewage
    (sewage), health services, educational services, ration cards, the
    problem of unemployment, rising poverty, the high rate of illiteracy,
    social protection network, environmental pollution, scarcity of water
    resources, rising prices, social reform institutions, administrative and
    financial corruption and the problem of displaced persons.

    The
    second section of the book include research and studies on the careful
    scientific analysis of the economic and social situation and poor
    service in Iraq under US occupation and provide successful solutions and
    treatments.

    Focused Khurshid on most topics, which include the challenges facing the Iraqi economy and the state's role in economic reform and economic development, the Iraqi economy between dependency and independent development, economic foundation to build democracy in Iraq,

    rebuilding Iraq between promises and pledges, the Provincial Development LDCs, privatizationyear, the budget speculative required for the reconstruction of Iraq, the water resources of the Tigris and Euphrates and the water crisis, a project to address unemployment, illiteracy in Iraq, financial corruption in the state apparatus causes and treatments, the phenomenon of money laundering in Iraq, tourism in Iraq reality

    and prospects, and the International Compact money and Maaliha,the global financial crisis and its impact on the Iraqi economy, a proposal for the establishment of the Department of controlled price, the consequences and the economic effects of Iraq's accession to the World Trade Organization, the law of customs tariff No. 22 of 2010, oil and gas law, what is required of the educational system the new order will be neither federal tool to divide Iraq, Japanese experience and the Iraqi experience in state-building (similar beginnings and different processors)

    And
    Dr. Majid Khurshid in the third section of the book, the strategic
    policy required for the next phase, where a substantive economic and
    financial evaluation of the General State budgets for the years
    2008-2012 and its five budgets objectively discussed the general
    framework of the Government programme and strategic study task of
    economic and social policies required for the next phase and means to
    revitalize economic sectors in Iraq numbered (96) the policy or
    recommendation.

    And develop a proposal for a general framework or a road
    map for the National Council for strategic policies for the State.

    In
    the same vein as a complement to the proposed strategic policy authors
    create Ministry for administrative development after the broad
    importance of management development and its role in achieving overall
    economic and social development.

    Finally, this section of the book
    proposal central tracking system underpinned by a centralized continue
    with its primary mission to Cabinet the preparation and implementation
    of plans and investment programmes and public financial budgets of the
    State.
