    Information/Basra...
The head of the Investment Committee in Basra Provincial Council, Atyaf Al-Tamimi, confirmed today, Saturday, the allocation of 42 service projects to the second largest district in the province.
Al-Tamimi told Al-Maalouma Agency, "The current year's projects plan was studied in Basra Provincial Council, to include all districts and sub-districts of the province in services."
She added, "The plan for Abu Al-Khaseeb district, south of Basra Governorate, included 42 projects in the education, health, municipality, and sewage sectors, in addition to the electricity sector."
Basra Governorate suffers from numerous crises, lack of services, and a poor standard of living, despite being granted huge financial budgets over the past years. End/25Q
