This includes the agenda of the House of Representatives on Tuesday voted on a legal first amendment to the law of service and retirement of the Internal Security Forces {18} for the year 2011, and the First Amendment to the Law Foundation of political prisoners {4} for the year 2006.

It also includes the first reading of a number of projects which amend the law on elections, the House of Representatives No. {16} for the year 2005, and the law on ratification of the cooperation agreement between the Governments of the Republic of Iraq and Saudi Arabia in the transfer of sentenced to penalties of deprivation of liberty, and the law of accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Cartagena Protocol on Biosafety. And the law of accession of the Republic of Iraq to the Convention on Prohibitions or Restrictions on the Use Certain Conventional Weapons Which May Be Deemed to Be Excessively Injurious or to Have Indiscriminate Effects and the Protocols thereto, which entered into force on 12.02.1983 addition to the first reading of a law exempting Iraqi and foreign companies implementing investment projects from taxes and fees.

The agenda also second reading of the five laws of the Law Council of the Union, and the law on ratification of the Convention on the promotion and protection of investment between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of Japan, and the Act to amend the Penal Code No. {111} for the year 1969, the law on ratification of the Convention on economic cooperation and trade development between the Government of the Republic of Iraq and the Government of the Czech , and Guest reform law and depositors. ended
