Said a member of the Committee on the economy and investment Salman al-Moussawi for approval of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers on a proposal to his committee judge to pay a cash allowance for the ration card items for the past five years.
He said: "The reluctance of the Ministry of Commerce in the delivery of the ration card items fully under various pretexts, led us to submit a proposal to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to grant every citizen pays compensation amount for the shortfall in the ration vocabulary which did not reach him in the past" / 2008-2009 - 2010-2011-2012 / ".
Ray-Musawi: "The activation of this proposal will go the way of financial and administrative corruption that marred the distribution process," stressing that he will be activated during the next few days.
