[rtl]Baghdad / NINA / The head of the / Homeland / Alliance, MP Yasser Iskandar Watout, announced new political understandings between the blocs within the Council of Representatives to pass the controversial laws.
Watout said in a statement to the National Iraqi News Agency / NINA /: "The committees concerned with the laws of general amnesty, personal status, and the cancellation of the decisions of the dissolved Revolutionary Command Council regarding the return of lands, are currently working on some of the observations of the political blocs, in order to pass these laws as quickly as possible, and there is a political consensus to pass them and not postpone them to the next session."
He pointed out: "The disruption of the work of the Council during the previous period affected the approval of the laws, so after choosing Mahmoud Al-Mashhadani as Speaker of the Council, the door became open to pass many important laws, during the coming period." / End9 [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.][/rtl]
