Iraqi security forces arrested 22 Al-Qaeda
militants who formed the largest terrorist network south of Baghdad, the
interior ministry said Sunday.
It added, in a statement, security forces, acting on intelligence, arrested
the 22 militants, including senior commanders, in the province of Babylon.
The commanders were supervising execution of terrorist operations in the
south of Baghdad area, it added.
A large number of weapons and explosives were seized
