    Expressed governor of Kirkuk, Najm al-Din Karim lamented the decline in Baghdad for what promised on Kirkuk.

    [ltr]The Necmettin in a press statement moved the Information Office of the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (PUK), that "Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki had promised to transfer Kirkuk airport into a civilian airport, in addition to the establishment of an oil refinery in the city, but it was not implemented until now what he had promised, so that retreat from those promises.
