The session was held eighth regular session of the Council of Ministers in Baghdad this today, Tuesday, May 7, 2013 under the chairmanship of Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki issued by the Board the following decisions:
1. 2. 3. Authorize the ministries of defense, finance and planning authority to make adjustments to extinguish advances Program sales of arms and military equipment (FMS) on the final accounts for the fiscal year 2012 as long as the amounts paid and goods received and were approved by the device internal control of the Ministry of Defence.
4. Approval of the draft law on compensation for victims of the refugee camps of the sons of the popular uprising of the checker by the State Council and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution.
5. Approved a draft law Exempting Iraqi and foreign companies implementing investment projects from taxes, fees and forwarded to the House of Representatives based on the provisions of Articles (61 / I and item 80 / item II) of the Constitution, taking into consideration the opinion of the legal department at the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers and the withdrawal of the bill support development projects by the Office of the Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs.
6. Calculating the amount (3,000) dinars per meter of the area of (40.005) acres for the establishment of the port of faw.
7. The launch of advances by the Ministry of Finance / Accounting Department to finance the salaries of employees of public companies and districts self-funded unable to cover the salaries of its employees and that shows the final accounts for 2012 and a deficit in its activities instead of granting loans to companies and districts listed above to take charge of those companies reimburse advances to the public treasury of the state when the resources are self has a future.
8. The inclusion of ministries and security agencies set or reset the employees who were sentenced orders set of those who returned the pretext of political separation with not giving them any privileges or rights of political separation if it does not prove their inclusion separation of political fundamentalist and the abolition of paragraph (II) of the Council of Ministers Resolution No. (174) for the year 2010.
