Finance announces exemption of taxpayers from interest
BAGHDAD, April 7 (KUNA) - Iraq's Finance Ministry on Friday exempted taxpayers from individuals, companies and entities from fines and interest due to non-payment of debts due to the General Authority for Taxes.
"In line with this vision, in coordination with the Economic Affairs Committee, the Ministry of Finance confirms payment of outstanding debts within 90 days from the date of issuance of the decision. Otherwise, the fines and interest will be collected and the debts recorded will continue," the statement said. End a
