    question is dinar in hand worth more than rv in banks will pay or is it the same value. If you have 10,000 dinar in the bank after the rv will you still have 10,000 dinar instead of saying 30,000 at 3 to 1, I'm thinking you'll still have 10,000 dinar after rv, maybe thats why the government wants the dinar in saving accounts
