Finance Committee called on the Iraqi parliament to rely on foreign companies in Baghdad and the Kurdistan Region to audit the final data for exports and financial revenues derived from oil.
A member of the committee MP, Masood Haider Rustam, for "Journal News" Saturday, said that "the central government where there is a global auditing firm (kvng) revenues of oil exports and check either in the Kurdistan region are found there is a company (Deloitte).
He called Rustam, to "the need for coordination between the work of the central government and the Kurdistan Regional Government with respect to the oil's oil exports and financial revenues based on international auditing firms." It also called for the need to "develop both the government center and the region leaves audited by the two companies and then talk about revenue and government spending."
"It can be used as well as the Diwan of the Federal Financial Supervision in Baghdad and in the region of his mission also audit the financial files and the size of the spending."
And demanded the appearance of Mohammed Saleh, an economic adviser to Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi province of Kurdistan submit a statement of account from one of global marketing companies includes oil production in the fields and the volume of export and financial revenues in preparation to be added to the oil revenues from central and southern Iraq fields to be on the basis of which the calculation amounts of the federal budget of the Iraqi state, rather than adoption of the budget on oil central and southern provinces only. "
