Maliki instructs the closure of the investigative boards absence problem against employees of the Interior
09/05/2013 05:42 Interior Ministry confirmed on Thursday that the commander in chief of the armed forces, Nouri al-Maliki instructed to close the investigative problem councils the right of members of the employees of the Internal Security Forces against the backdrop of committing the crime of absence.
According to a statement issued by the Interior Ministry, "Maliki instructed to close the investigative problem councils the right of members of the employees of the Ministry of Interior for committing a crime or absence of escape, and releasing them unless they are detained pending another issue."
He announced the Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces Nouri al-Maliki on August 7 last year for issuing a blanket amnesty for the security elements of the army and police fugitives, while the Defense Ministry said later that the amnesty that includes the elements absent
