    Oil Minister Jabbar Ali Al-Allaibi said on Sunday that the ministry has drawn up new plans and tracks to develop the work of oil companies through holding partnerships with Arab and foreign companies in order to improve production and production levels.     The minister said that the contract represents another stage of the development of the work of oil companies and will create a working environment within the technical specifications, pointing out that the contract will provide new gas cylinders for citizens, and will reduce the import rates of this article and the provision of hard currency to the Federal Treasury, New to the people of the province, directed, the manufacturer to the need to add new production lines to produce plastic liquid gas cylinders.
    For his part, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Gas Industry, Hamid Yunus, said that the signing of the contract is part of the plans set by the ministry to develop work and raise production levels and in all fields. He explained that the contract is one of the important contracts and a first step to provide liquid gas cylinders locally and with international and Iraqi standard specifications. He added that the plant will produce more than 3000 cylinders of gas per day, which can be increased to 5000 cylinders per day. This will enhance the company's productivity in liquid gas bottling and processing plants for citizens.
    The representative of the Middle East Company, Hassan Jaber, stressed during his speech that the work of the plant in the province of Basra will create a new economic climate in the province and will be an incentive to encourage other companies to work in Iraq, as well as provide employment opportunities for the people of the province.
    In another regard, the Ministry of Oil announced the launch of the processing of white oil for citizens starting on July 20 in Baghdad and some provinces.
    "Production outlets in Baghdad, Nineveh, Salah al-Din, Anbar and Diyala provinces will equip the citizens with 100 liters per family," said Ali al-Moussawi, director general of oil products distribution company Ali al-Musawi.
