Baghdad provincial council announced it is fully prepared to receive and secure the ration card items from the central government in the next year 2014.
The Council of Ministers decided on 17 of the last month of July convert ration card file to local governments in the provincial councils with the exception of the subjects of flour and wheat and keep provided centrally by the Ministry of Commerce.
