Integrity declares Cabinet approves draft law on graft

The Integrity Commission announced on Sunday the approval of the draft law on the proposed illegal graft bill.
"The draft law will be returned after being audited by the State Consultative Council to the General Secretariat of the Council of Ministers, which will turn it in turn to the House of Representatives; in order to submit to the vote," noting that "the proposal of this draft The law was to indicate the violations and criminal acts associated with the recognition of the financial liability of those charged with this duty set by the law of the body in force No. 30 of 2011.
She added that "the draft law drafted by the Commission identified sanctions or penalties for any act or offense or violation committed by those charged with the duty of disclosure of financial disclosure, while expanding the categories covered to include a larger number of taxpayers considered the importance of the inclusion of the body, Establish clear and specific time frames for the taxpayer's disclosure form. "
According to the statement of the article 8 of the proposed draft law:
"Any person charged with concealing information required in the form shall submit false information which has been proven to have an illicit interest relationship." Article 11/1 states that "a criminal action shall be initiated by the Commission against any person accused of committing any of the crimes provided for in this Law."
While its positive reasons indicated that it came "in order to protect public money and to subject those who exploit their jobs to illicit enrichment to legal accountability".
