    [size=45]The Prime Minister's Advisor for Transport Affairs, Nasser Saleh Al-Asadi, confirmed today, Wednesday, that work is continuing on the Baghdad Metro project and is proceeding according to the timetables without any delay, noting that the Malaysian company implementing the project has completed the specifications stage.[/size]
    [size=45]Al-Asadi said, “Specifications for the tracks, stations, and trains of the Baghdad Metro project were set by the Malaysian investor in the project,” indicating that “the specifications were set under Iraqi supervision.”[/size]
    [size=45]He added, "The specifications will include the type of stations, carriages, their shapes, operating methods, services that will be provided, and maintenance of the stations," stressing that "all of these specifications will be given to the investor, and on the basis of them, the design work for the project will begin."[/size]
