    The registration department of the Ministry of Commerce announced on Tuesday the completion of transactions to establish 274 national companies and the registration of 10 branches of a foreign company during the month of July, referring to the transfer of 453 Iraqi and foreign companies to the judicial investigator for violating regulations.
    The Director General of the Department, Abdul Aziz Jabbar said in a statement to the ministry received / Mawazin News / copy, "The Chamber issued several decisions concerning the amendment of corporate contracts were distributed between increasing capital and the incorporation of accounts and liquidation of company accounts," noting that "was established 274 national companies and registration 10 branches of a foreign company during the month of July last. "
    He added that "296 registered companies were also documented, the transcripts were referred and 414 Iraqi companies and (39) foreign companies were referred to the judicial investigator for violating regulations and instructions."
    Jabbar added that the department has studied the final accounts of the 2175 national companies in addition to merging the accounts of 19 companies, increasing the capital of 27 companies, settling the accounts of 6 companies and studying the accounts of the offices and branches of foreign companies for 91 companies, Booking and making sure of the names reserved their money for (202) and check the receipts of (5097).
    He pointed out that "his department ratified the minutes of the founding meetings of the limited companies of (260) minutes, in addition to the ratification of (62) minutes of the meetings of the General Assembly of the joint stock companies as well as the ratification of the resolutions of the General Authority for the limited companies of persons (1215) / A.43
