Oil: the possible extension of the OPEC agreement and the independents in November and Iraq will comply

The Ministry of Oil announced that the decision to extend the agreement for the production of the world oil between OPEC and non-member producers will be in November.
Oil Minister Jabbar al-Allaibi said that Iraq would comply with the decision in case of extension of the agreement led by OPEC to help bring stability to the oil market, adding that Iraq's oil production currently amounts to four million and one hundred and twenty thousand barrels per million barrels per day.
