What conditions should be met by members? Ability, financial solvency and possessing advanced technology. The ability to attract real partners to invest in the country. Ability to attract capital and migratory expertise. Thus establishing a solid union. We note that despite our personal knowledge of the businessmen who are active in this project and their ability to establish a competent and efficient union, he mentioned that the anniversary may be beneficial . It is expected to start with the first investment opportunities the government plans to launch, especially in the reconstruction of the destroyed areas to test their capabilities in the implementation of these projects supported internationally. It is useful to note that investment opportunities in Iraq are limitless at a time when many prestigious companies are suffering from lack of favorable opportunities like those in Iraq.
