Informed judicial sources revealed that the Federal Supreme Court tends to make a decision to achieve the desire of the House of Representatives in the mandates of the three presidents, including the Prime Minister, only two sessions,
But at the same time satisfy Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki and his coalition, the rule of law, which are willing to pay-Maliki as prime minister for the third time after the next parliamentary elections to be held a year from now.
The sources quoted among the Federal Supreme Court, the latter when it reaches them stabbed government in the law that legitimized parliament recently in this regard and select states three presidents two sessions only retroactively, will be considered that the law is true that not implemented retroactively, and this means space for the Maliki to become prime minister for a third time if he wins the next election.
