    The National Coalition led by Vice President Iyad Allawi, direct talks with political forces to activate the initiative launched by the leader after the referendum in the Kurdistan region, stressing that the initiative aims to stop the repercussions of the referendum and direct officials in Baghdad and Erbil in serious negotiations. 
    Allawi said on Monday an initiative to contain the crisis between Baghdad and Erbil on the referendum of the Kurdistan region and to find understandings and appropriate solutions. 
    The head of the parliamentary bloc of the National Coalition MP Kazem al-Shammari said in a statement to (range) yesterday that "the talks will be launched early next week between all partners to activate the initiative presented by Vice President Iyad Allawi," noting that "the atmosphere at the present tense and does not help Start dialogues ".
    Al-Shammari said that "the dialogues will be initially with the government and political forces in Baghdad before moving to the political forces in the Kurdistan region," explaining that "will involve the unions and competencies and elites media in all dialogues and negotiations." 
    The head of the National Coalition that "the initiative was designed in two stages; the first open dialogues, and the second implementation of what was negotiated." 
    Allawi's initiative included the call to freeze the results of the referendum during a constructive transition period in which a responsible and constructive national dialogue will be held to deal with all differences in order to preserve and preserve the common heritage and consolidate it and devote all that strengthens the Arab-Kurdish brothers and leads to the achievement of a unified federal democratic Iraq.
    The initiative also stipulates that the fate of Kirkuk and the disputed areas will be governed by the provisions of Article 140 of the Constitution of the country and the treatment of breaches that deepen national participation and respond to the interests of all segments and extinguish the fuse of sedition among them. The initiative called on coalitions participating in the Authority to start constructive and constructive dialogues over the coming weeks to begin taking all necessary measures to eliminate the discriminatory and economic aspects of the government and to amend all laws that contradict the spirit of the constitution by establishing the civil democratic state, state of law, freedoms and citizenship.
