Parliament stresses the submission of Barzani and Kurdish officials to the judiciary and prosecuted for their violations in accordance with Iraqi laws in force

The Council of Representatives, on Wednesday, to provide the President of the Kurdistan region outgoing Massoud Barzani and Kurdish officials to the judiciary and trial in accordance with the laws of Iraq in force.

"The House of Representatives voted earlier on the unconstitutionality and legality of the referendum of the Kurdistan region and its consequences that threaten the fate of the homeland, and after its implementation by the region has issued several resolutions."

He added that "has been the implementation of the decisions taken by the Ministerial Council for National Security in its last session, especially its decision to judicial follow-up of those responsible for the implementation of the referendum, including the head of the outgoing authority of Massoud Barzani and bring them to trial in accordance with the laws of Iraq in force as well as other Kurdish employees working in the federal state" .

The meeting was attended by Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi, interior ministers, defense and oil ministers and national security adviser. The meeting was held on Tuesday. Ending / 25
