Baghdad province warned of a service crisis will face the areas of the outskirts of the capital in the winter season next to not allocate funds to implement projects that raise the level of service.
The governor of Baghdad Atwan al-Atwani said in a press statement that "the central government of Baghdad did not allocate any amounts to the province of Baghdad for the implementation of service projects, which led to a decline in the level of services in the regions of the parties," stressing that it "did not receive any financial allocation to promote the reality and implement projects from Which will change the service reality in which it is deteriorating, "warning of a service crisis that these regions will face in the coming winter season.
He called on the central government and on the instructions of the Prime Minister to accelerate the launch of financial allocations for the province of Baghdad to start the service work and the implementation of nine projects relating to water and sewage and infrastructure in the areas of Mahmudiyah and Nahrawan and cities and Abu Ghraib and seven wells and Husseiniya, noting that the approval of the Prime Minister to be completed And excluded them from suspension.
