    [rtl]The Executive Office of the Council of Arab Information Ministers agreed on Iraq's proposal to launch the Media Monitor for Terrorism and provide a monthly report on the work of this observatory to the Technical Secretariat of the Council.[/rtl]
    [rtl]This came during the eighth meeting of the Executive Office held on Tuesday at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo under the chairmanship of Saudi Minister of Culture and Information Awad Al-Awad.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The Executive Office of the Council of Arab Ministers of Information issued a number of recommendations, including the call on the media and concerned parties to focus on "transferring what is happening in the Palestinian territories to inform the world of the reality of the Israeli occupation practices against Palestinian media and media institutions.[/rtl]
    [rtl]The recommendations to be submitted to the 49th session of the Council of Arab Ministers of Information in May will be approved for final approval; "The Arab League missions abroad should continue to address the various media in these countries to explain what is happening in the occupied Arab territories, And calling on the Federation of Arab States Broadcasting and the Union of Arab News Agencies to continue to intensify the news concerning Al-Quds Al-Sharif and the practices of the Occupying Power through the exchange of news with European, African and Asian countries. "[/rtl]
    [rtl]It also recommended the approval of the "request of the Republic of Iraq to launch the Arab Media Observatory for Terrorism, in accordance with the detailed regulations and their components and mechanisms for activating them, and to submit a monthly report on the work of this observatory to the Technical Secretariat of the Council of Arab Information Ministers.
