State of law reveals the official position of Ahmed al - Maliki

Shafaq News / State of law coalition responded on acclaimed critics that the Prime Minister , Nuri al-Maliki and his son have been exposed to on the back ground of the latter 's talk about the arrest operation carried out by his son on a contractor in the Green Zone that everyone used to fear from him , stressing that al – Maliki’s son is responsible for the security of the Green Zone .

Maliki says that Iraqi security leaders failed to what his son has done as he was able to arrest officials on corruption charges in Baghdad.

Maliki 's statements have sparked wide reactions about his legal functions of his son , who works in charge in his office and did not know him a lot.

The member of the coalition , Ammar Al - Shibli told “Shafaq News “ that “The criticisms that have emerged from political blocs have no reasons , they are political as the Ministry of Interior belong to the political blocs that objected implementing the arrest warrant of the Contractor who was wanted in the Green Zone “.

“The implementation of Ahmed al -Maliki for the arrest warrant on the Contractor came because he is responsible on the security of the Green Zone and it is his duty to implement the arrest warrants if warrants have been issued within the confines of the Green Zone ."

“A lot of political blocs with eye witnesses and documents have been covering this corrupted contractor , " calling the political blocs that criticized the arrest of the contractor to uncover the corrupters then comment on what Ahmed al - Maliki has done,” Ammar added.

For almost first time , Maliki talks about his son Ahmed so clear and talks about his role in the security file , as he said in a televised interview that Ahmed took part in a security operation in which many security leadership didn’t implement it.

According to Maliki’s novel there is a contractor in the Green Zone who has influence as is involved in seizing Real Estate, in addition to opening unlicensed protection companies.

Maliki did not stop there, as he confirmed that the contractor owns more than one hundred pieces of weapons and a hundred of smuggled cars, and this is a charge that may lead the contractor to be charged with terrorism.

He said dramatically that security services feared more than once to implement the arrest warrants issued against the (contractor) , for being in power and gives bribes to leaders and officials .

Maliki interview comes at a time in which many media reports and politicians talked about the role of the prime minister’s son, Ahmed in the security file, but many close to the government and Maliki's office always deny that.
