    The Legislative Committee in the House of Representatives on Thursday, the submission of an Arab proposal for Turkmen on the conduct of local elections in the province of Kirkuk, noting that the proposal includes the distribution of seats in the provincial councils by 32% for each component and the rest distributed to minorities.
     A member of the Committee Hassan Tauran said in a statement to / information /, "The Arab and Turkmen blocs in the House of Representatives submitted a new proposal to amend the law of the provincial councils on Kirkuk to the Legal Committee."
     "The proposal includes the allocation of positions and members of the provincial council by 32% for one session until the audit of the register of voters by a competent committee and to prove the eligibility of each block."
     "The committee will consider all the proposals in the next session, as well as other proposals, such as requiring the participation of the candidate in the provincial and parliament elections with a bachelor's degree instead of a preparatory certificate as well as reducing the number of seats in provincial councils." Ending / 25 d
