[rtl]Kirkuk / NINA /- The Unified Arab Council in Kirkuk confirmed that new local elections cannot be held in Kirkuk due to fraud in voter records and the loss of national balance in the office of the Electoral Commission.
And he explained in a statement that there are hundreds of thousands of citizens of the neighboring provinces who have been registered in the ration card in Kirkuk, which is the approved database in the voter register, and this has been proven by the Kirkuk governorate administration, which revealed that there are about 260,000 people in only 15 ration centers in Kirkuk.
