    The border crossings authority, on Wednesday, that negotiations are still underway on the management of ports with the region centrally and no final agreement has been reached, indicating that four ports are managed by the region at the present time.
    "The negotiations are still ongoing between the delegation of the Commission, which represents the central government and the provincial government to discuss the management of border crossings in Kurdistan," said the spokesman of the Commission, Colonel Mohammed al-Shuwaili.
    He added that "negotiations so far have not been agreed on a specific thing," noting that "four outlets in Kurdistan, administered by the region at the moment, two of them overlooking Turkey and two with Iran."
