BAGHDAD - Kuwaiti Deputy Foreign Minister Khalid Al-Jarallah on Monday stressed the importance of the Kuwait International Conference for the reconstruction of Iraq, which will be held from February 12 to 14, indicating that the security of Iraq is the security of Kuwait.
