Deputy: a surplus of 7 billion dollars and the government is talking about the deficit!
A member of the Finance Committee Rahim Darraji said Saturday that the budget of 2017 achieved a surplus of $ 7 billion dollars because of the improvement in oil prices and strange that the government is talking about a budget deficit.
He added a press statement that if the price of oil higher than estimated budget, it is normal to have a financial surplus.
"The fiscal surplus achieved in 2017 can not be recycled to the budget of 2018, considering the budget prepared and completed since last October and thus can prepare a supplementary budget for the budget of 2018 is allocated to the amount of projects suspended in the country."
