(Baghdad: Al Furat News) The Islamic Dawa Party issued a mandatory directive to ban members of the party from discussing the party's ideas and political positions in social networking sites.
"It is noted that there are several groups in the social network that are not authorized by the Islamic Dawa Party to discuss the party's affairs, its ideas, its organization, and its political positions, which should be part of the partisan channels," the party's party discipline committee said.
He added that these discussions "lead to convulsions in the relations between participants and put unacceptable views and the more negative than the pros."
The statement pointed out that "the Commission {disciplinary] and after considering this in its meeting on February 4, decided to oblige all members of the party to close these groups or withdraw immediately, otherwise will take strict measures against violators."
