The former Russian army colonel Vyacheslav Gailon has commented on Deputy Defense Minister Yuri Borisov's comments that there is a possibility that Egypt will ask Russia to buy the newer Russian fighter, Sukhoi 57.
"If Egypt has these fighters, it will not only be useful, but will give the Egyptian Air Force a full advantage over the Israeli air force," the Russian colonel said in special remarks to RT.
"This S-57 is undoubtedly much better than the F-35 fighter, which is owned by Israel and America, especially in its missile-carrying system," said Colonel Gailon.
In response to the emergence of this fighter in the skies of Syria, the former Russian colonel confirmed that it is able to participate in the operations of Russian space air forces in special operations there, not only against terrorists, but is able to engage with the real enemy in the sky, Russian.
Borisov had expected Russia to receive orders for the Sukhoi-57 fighter for a number of partners in the Middle East and North Africa region, likely to be requested by countries such as Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Algeria.
The aircraft were designed in 2010 to replace Su-27 fighter jets and were unveiled at the Russian Max Air Show 2011.
The new Russian fighter T-50, produced by Sukhoi, has a remarkable ability to conceal (the radar's inability to monitor). It is also characterized by its speed and its great extent.
