Natural resources Minister in the Kurdistan echtay hawrami

    Alsumaria news/Erbil

    Natural
resources Minister in the Kurdistan Regional Government Iraq echtay
hawrami, met Thursday with a delegation of British companies in the oil
and gas extraction, saying that an agreement will be signed with these
companies in the next two months.

    Hawrami said during a press
conference held today in Erbil and attended by the Sumerian "news", "met
today with British oil companies in the oil services and oil and gas
extraction to agree with each other on working with eight British
companies administered by EIC", stating that "the territorial Government
delegation will visit London and will sign an agreement during the next
    two months."

Hawrami said that "there are 50 companies currently
operating in the territory and need the services to facilitate their
work," Noting that "oil companies invested 10 to 20 billion dollars in
the search for oil in the Kurdistan region."

    Hrwami pointed out
that "those companies don't care about threats Baghdad as illegal and
unconstitutional," the Iraqi Government does not meet and does not send a
Kurdistan oil derivatives amounting to 17%, but send us 3% of oil
derivatives and this does not fill the needs of the region. "

    Hawrami
said that "this leads us to swap crude oil derivatives with Turkey and
Iran and this is a constitutional right of the Government of the
    territory."

Natural resources Minister in the Kurdistan region of
Iraq echtay hawrami announced, (31 January 2013), negotiating with
international companies to manage oil concessions, as he stopped oil
exports to Turkey because of the "undo" Baghdad promises.

    And
acute crisis erupted between Baghdad and Erbil to stop Kurdistan (the
1st of April 2012) oil pump due to disagreement on financial receivables
    to oil companies operating there.

    The origin of the old
controversy renewed between Baghdad and Erbil due to oil contracts
concluded by the territory with foreign companies that it considers
illegal, while Baghdad says the territory based on the Iraqi
Constitution and the bilateral agreements signed with the Federal
    Government.
