The judiciary discusses ways to implement the amendment of the electoral law in a professional manner that achieves justice
The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) announced Tuesday that it is discussing ways to implement the electoral law professionally and achieve justice among all.
The spokesman of the Council, Judge Abdul Sattar Birqdar said in a statement received by «Journal News», that "the President of the Supreme Judicial Council, Faiz Zaidan, discussed with the judges assigned to the functions of the Board of Commissioners and office managers in the Electoral Commission for elections mechanisms to implement the Third Amendment Law to the law of elections of the House of Representatives No. (45) for the year 2013 amended "
"The meeting focused on the high emphasis of the Supreme Judicial Council on the implementation of the Third Amendment Law to the Election Law No. (45) for the year 2013 amended professionally and transparent, which brings justice and tranquility among all Iraqis."
It is noteworthy that the House of Representatives voted in its extraordinary session on the Third Amendment Law of the Election Law.
