The head of the ministerial crisis cell, Oil Minister Jabbar al-Allaibi, presented its final report on the need for the province of Basra to the Council of Ministers on services and it will follow up the implementation of the decisions.
Al-Allaibi said in a press statement that the five service ministries in the committee will be tasked with carrying out the duties entrusted to it in the final report regarding water, drinking water, electricity and others.
Al-Luaibi said that he worked with the oil companies and secondary contractors to secure a range of jobs in the companies that work near the residential areas, where they were distributed to the families of martyrs and some citizens as guard and other specialties, adding that he is pressing these companies to secure some quick grades to provide for the people of Basra.

Al-Luaibi called on all demonstrators not to harm state departments and abuse them because they are their property and not the property of a politician or a particular party. The burning of any department or government structure is detrimental to the citizens' rights because it is for them and not for others.
