    In a new statement concerning the controversial parliamentary round of parliamentary elections and the recent counting and counting of frauds and manipulation of the elections, a judge appointed by the Baghdad Electoral Commission admitted that fraud had taken place throughout the last electoral process.     He concluded by saying that the results will appear soon, and sent to the judiciary, which will be ratified and then call for the first meeting of the new parliament headed by the oldest, and in which must be elected Speaker of the parliament according to the Constitution.

    It is noteworthy that the preliminary results of the elections in Kirkuk, had placed the Kurdish bloc in the first place with 6 seats, while the Turkmen and the Arabs got 3 seats each, Maathar subject to severe political conflicts.
