Ministry of Oil issues clarification on appointments

The Ministry of Oil confirmed that it considers all Iraqis with one eye on the subject of [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] . There are no indications of discrimination in the recruitment procedures, either in terms of location or geographical area.
"Any citizen has the right to apply for any job, whether within the scope of his residence in the province he lives in or in other provinces because Iraq is a country for all Iraqis and they have the right to serve this country in any job location," a ministry statement said.
The statement added that "the Ministry of Oil denies issuing instructions on the subject Enva and rejects all irresponsible statements from the departments of the provinces, which prevent the citizens of other provinces to submit their applications to be appointed on the pretext of non-affiliation to that province because it is contrary to the instructions and laws in force that did not specify this explicitly, Noting that "the state and the government and the ministry bears the violators of the instructions legal consequences."
The ministry stressed that all officials in the oil sector "not to declare or take a decision contrary to the instructions and decisions that would make a distinction between Iraqi citizens because they are equal rights and duties as stipulated by the Iraqi Constitution."
