The spokesman of the Federal Supreme Court Ias Samok in response to a question on the transfer of the President of the Republic and his deputies to retire:
This comes in application of the provisions of Article (72) of the Constitution, which set the mandate of the President of the Republic four years ending at the end of the session of the Council of Representatives.
And that this provision applies to the Vice President of the Republic, whose term expires upon the expiration of the term of the President of the Republic pursuant to the provisions of Article (4) of the Law of the Vice Presidents of the Republic No. (11) of 2011.
